The Home Town Heroes Tour is a nationwide search for the best amateur skateboarders. To accomplish this feat, they pile a bunch of serious shredders in a van and drive across the country, throwing amateur contests and killing every spot they can find along the way. The lucky finalists get to go to X games and compete in the championship. This video is the distilled account of the tour, the shredders' experiences and the good skate life. We definitely need more tours and contests in the spirit of Home Town Heroes! Have fun, skate hard - what could be better?
